Gabriella Shamooelian is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology. She is passionate about all elements of health and wellness, namely her sub-specialties of gut health, women’s health, sustainable weight loss, and healthy living. Gabriella works exclusively with girls and women to meet their health goals in a sustainable non-diet, non-toxic lifestyle method. In her practice, clients don't count calories or weigh their food. Gabriella firmly believes in creating a healthy, fun, and lasting lifestyle that nourishes one’s mind, body, and spirit. 

While practicing based on bio-individuality which honors each person, Gabriella maintains the basics of optimal nutrition by focusing on real whole foods and “crowding out.” She has developed quick swaps and helpful tips to make healthy eating and living easier and more sustainable. Gabriella emphasizes an anti-inflammatory approach to help clients feel their best selves.

Gabriella considers a person and their health holistically by considering everything both on and off the plate. Whole person health encompasses our movement, relationships, sleep, spirituality, sense of self, career/school, stress management, and self-care, essentially all the elements of a person's life aka all the variables that affect our health!

Gabriella is a strong asset in attaining one’s personal health goals, including having more energy, reducing inflammation, having better digestion, deepening sleep, improving skin, nails, and hair, strengthening relationships with food and body, balancing hormones, managing cravings, practicing mindful eating, navigating emotional and social eating, and more. Gabriella’s friendly demeanor, individualized plans, and accountability help clients achieve their happiest and healthiest versions of themselves.

Gabriella can be found in the kitchen or a grocery store playing around with a new recipe, on a walk with her husband, or learning a new language - she speaks 5 languages and counting!
